We are seeking a Showroom Assistant to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our showroom. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and supporting the sales team in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries.
- Assist sales team with quotations, invoices, and order processing.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is an advantage).
- Previous experience in retail or showroom sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
