We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant and Store Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our lighting business. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and store management background, with expertise in Odoo software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage finances, optimize sales, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions when necessary.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and financial best practices.
Store Management & Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the lighting store, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Manage and train store staff, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor store performance and generate reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Odoo software (mandatory).
- Proven experience in both accounting and store management, preferably in retail or a lighting-related business.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and sales data to make strategic business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and inventory management software.
